Imagine you are the Team Leader in your company. Your company has

Formal grievance in writing_ consider creating a grievance form for employees to fill.
Evaluate the grievance_ evaluate the details of the grievance to determine your next steps. You may include your human resource department.
Conduct a formal investigation_ this can be done by interviewing the employee who filled the grievance and one else who was involved
Resolution_ finally the HR, supervisor,investigator and anyone else involved writes a resolution.
