RE:  Request to purchase a land

Following the daily nation of Monday 27^th December news where by your company desires to purchase land around Arabia town so as to build its’s headquarters am obliged to request you to consider my land. A quarter hectare is going for a thousand dollars only. The land is situated off town but it is not in the interior parts of the town and this makes it easy for people to access your offices with ease. The security of the land is very promising because there is no given time have ever experienced theft or any attacks. In fact my first neighbor is a police station.

When compared with the other lands which are on sale many are very expensive and inside the town where there is a lot of noise hence making it hard for employees to have full concentration. The land is very much accessible whereby transport and network issues are not a problem.
