Women working in technology fields face various challenges including gender discrimination and sexual harassment. Female students have been avoiding STEM courses due to the believe that it is meant for male students. Many employees do not like hiring female technology experts because they doubt whether they (female students) have the potential like their male counterparts.

I have been encouraging women who face sexual harassment in this field to come out and report the matter to the relevant authorities. I have also taken part in visiting schools and encouraging female students to take Science, Technology and Mathematics courses. I remind them that they have the same potential like their male counterparts.
