Capitalism is more efficient terms of commerce and exchange. Capitalism is an economic system based on the private ownership of the means of production and their operation for profit. Firstly, it provides consumers with choices; there is most economic growth within capitalism system. In capitalism, each individual is on his own vis-à-vis socialism system where property and factors of production are owned by government or community and thus encourages hard work and creativity. The capitalist approach provides a natural bridge to equality, and lastly capitalism allows the marketplace to set prices instead of the government.

SM Investments Corporation – deals with shopping mall development and management, retail, real estate development, banking, and tourism.
