Apple's media release on October 18th made it easier to announce new items. Apple may make a comeback with items such as the MacBook Pro 2021 (14-inch), MacBook Pro 16-inch 2021, AirPods 3, and others (Kozuch, 2021). The iPhone 13, Apple Watch 7, new iPad 9, and iPad mini 6 were all announced in the press release. However, we anticipate a strong focus on the new Macs and a new M1X CPU this time around. This allowed the company to reach out to tens of thousands of journalists. The media releases were an effective strategy to improve Apple's image.
To adjust Apple's announcement and boost its newsworthiness, I can completely remove capitalization. In submitted news announcements, capitalization is a major issue. If there are BRAND NAMES or PRODUCTS strewn over the text, an editor will have to step in and re-format those terms. All major news outlets don't use capitalized names at all, and you'll notice that movie, product, and brand names aren't published in full capitals in news items on sites like Variety, Hollywood Reporter, The Guardian, and others. In addition, I'll keep the language concise and pertinent. Unless they are industry jargon, I will avoid using sophisticated or clever words, and when using quotes, I will ensure that they bring significant, value-added information to the reader.
