Yes, teachers managed to attend the issue of some learners not having devices to use through the following ways; firstly, attend to this issue by having students identify resources within their family. This means that even if the students lack devices in their own home, they cannot lack a relative or a neighbor who have it. Secondly, they attended to this issue by starting a tech study hall during and after school. Majority of schools decided to offer free hour in the computer lab for students work on their homework and this greatly helped the students who cannot access the devices in their homes.

Another way through which teachers used to attend to the issue of some students not having devices is advising the learners to join into Project-Based learning where by the learners are required to write grant proposals and petition local businesses for donations of such devices. In addition, this issue was managed by teachers encouraging parents to take advantage of the community resources that is identifying places with free Wi-Fi and computers and then encouraging their children to visit these places during the night and weekends for them to attend to their homework and also get an exposure of the technology.
