Include two to three variations (could be different flavors, sizes, etc.)
My new dipping sauce will be mustard barbecue sauce. This sweet, acidic, and spicy mustard barbecue sauce is a fantastic blend of flavors. The combination of apple cider vinegar and yellow mustard, both of which have a moderate level of sharpness on their own, creates a tangy double whammy. The brown sugar and honey lend a lovely sweetness, while the herbs add a savory note and the cayenne adds intriguing spicy undertones. You may easily add extra cayenne pepper or spicy chili flakes to the mix to raise the overall heat level. If you want a milder version, just leave out the cayenne and focus on the other components. When coupled with pulled pork and crunchy coleslaw on a sandwich, Mustard BBQ Sauce is delicious. Drizzled over grilled pork chops or chicken, it's also wonderful. I've also served it with smoked pig ribs, which intensifies the tanginess. Nothing surpasses smoking a couple of pig butts till they're fall-apart tender, then slathering the flesh in this fantastic barbecue sauce. It's delicious and endlessly pleasant. One of my favorite foods is pulled pork.
