The pillars include;

1. Build up children’s positive self-esteem. Always understand the learners strength and weakness. By establishing these you will be able to encourage them and hence reate a positive self esteem amongst them.
2. Offer children choice in order to help children develop autonomy and have control of their of their learning.-Do not always dictate to them what they are required to do sometimes let them chose what they want
3. Model creativity yourself.-encourage creativity and let the children pursue their own interests.
4. Use questions frequently.- always make an answer and question learning this will help draw their attention and create memorable moments.
5. Encourage critical reflection ­ enable children to evaluate and reflect critically on their own ideas, performance, and outcomes.
