Personality development happens because of the ongoing interaction which takes place between individuals taking into account their temperament, character and their surrounding environment.

Teachers are considered pioneers towards shaping the lives of all students who interact with them for getting knowledge.

Teachers need to have knowledge about theories on personality development as they are going to be the one who will be responsible for the development of the personality of the students whom they will teach.They need to interact with the parents of the students to give an update on how they are doing in class and what improvements are needed. So having a good personality is a must for the students.
