Answer to Question #237124 in English for Moitheri Malelu

Question #237124

Present your view on human exceptionalism (the question whether humans are but highly-developed animals or do they have an elevated status).

Scientific paradigms: How would the validity of the claim of human exceptionalism be researched within different scientific paradigms? (In other words, what research questions would Popper, Kuhn & Latour respectively probably have asked if they had to address this issue?).

In my view, human beings are exceptional and highly developed. The level of cognitive intelligence functions has significantly evolved; scientific evidence expresses the level of evolution of humans in terms of mental performance, power, and influence in decision making. Therefore, humans have attained an exceptional position in nature. Popper, Kuhn & Latour would have asked about the key distinctive factors that define humans as exceptional. They would have also asked about the periodic evolution of human intelligence to validate our exceptionalism in terms of stages of development.
