It is evident that quality teams are lagging behind with aligning quality management with Industry 4.0.

The main challenge in industry for alignment with quality management is advanced technologies used and the lack of competency skills, security issues, and digital infrastructure in an organization. This challenge can be addressed through various approaches, for example, providing training programs for the management and employees. Secondly is ensuring the organization redesigns traditional systems to align with industry 4.0; this means it is necessary to eliminate all the pre-existing challenges to provide a platform for the smart industry. it is also crucial for the organization to enhance IT infrastructure and other technologies to prepare the workforce to transition to industry 4.0
