2. Provide an overview of the organization - The Coca-Cola Company was founded in 1886 and over for 130 years later it is currently the world’s largest beverage company. It also produces and markets sports drinks, tea and coffee.
3. Define the research problem - The Coca-Cola company is experiencing a problem of increase in competitors, plastic bottle waste and water scarcity.
4. Determine the research objectives - (a) To outline the marketing strategies of Coca-Cola company. (b) To outline the characteristics and consumer behavior pattern of Coca-Cola Company.
