Government should use the following strategies to encourage diversity;

a) Use inclusive language through encouragement of inter-tribal languages and promotion of the national languages. each language should be respected as means of communication.

b) Check your social media activity, The government should diversify its social media public communications to access to the youths who are currently majorly online.

c) Educate company leadership

d) Build a mentoring community, A society that mentor the young tend to develops young w]ones who are able to respect each others differences with dignity.

e) Create cultural events. This could include music festivals, intercultural dancing events which would allow showcasing each tribes ability and weaknesses.

f) Collect inclusion feedback regularly to ensure equity is served to all for those who have complains about service delivery of the government institutions.

g) Remember remote workers. This will indicate how much value are given to them while working in the hardship areas thus equalizing their returns as those in the urban.
