1.     The purpose of the Education White Paper 1 on Education and Training (1995) recognized the significance of providing an effective response to the unsatisfactory educational experiences of learners with special educational needs, including those within the mainstream whose educational needs were inefficiently billet.

2.     The meaningfulness of implementing Education white paper 5 in South Africa is that it protects the child's rights to develop their real cognitive, emotional, social, and physical prospect.

3.     A National Curriculum and Assessment Policy Statement is a single, comprehensive, and concise policy document, which has substituted the Subject and Learning Area Statements, Learning Programme Guidelines, and Subject Assessment Guidelines for all the subjects listed in the National Curriculum Statement Grades R.
