Major changes in the history of the curriculum include: Use of technology in the education system; in the last decade education sector has largely adopted the use of technologies such as computers and online learning. Also, there are increased opportunities for higher education enrollment; unlike the periods of the apartheid system in 1994, enrollments in higher learning have increased dramatically. Besides, there is an increase in the private education sector, and today many private learning institutions have been developed.
