a.     Ethics and its importance

Ethics refers to an individual’s guide to moral daily living. Ethics assists in understanding if the behavior of an individual can be justified since this concept establishes the principles, values, and rules that individuals should base their behavior. 

b.     Copyright

This is a public law that ensures that work is not reproduced without considering consent from the owner or creator of the work. 

c.      Intellectual Property (IP) and its importance

This involves the creation of intangible property such as slogans and designs created by the human mind. This idea offers an individual the exclusive right to the created product or process. The importance of IP is that it fosters innovations, especially among companies.  

d. Plagiarism

Plagiarism refers to the representation of another individual’s ideas, thoughts, expressions, and language as one’s original work.
