colleagues ask him to do some of their duties. For him it is very difficult to say ‘no’, he thinks that it will
cause an argument and that he will come across as rude. He also feels that people are taking him for
granted. Due to his increased workload, he feels stressed and demotivated to go to work. His self-esteem
and confidence are now being shattered.
