The 21st century has impacted me on the tools and skills to stay modern with the needs of students and allows them to plan ahead for changing trends in education. In order to realize areas of strength and areas that need attention for growth, reflective practice is necessary.

The most important 21st-century skill for students is critical thinking. Teaching our learners is how to think critically is very key in the current world and it is an important aspect in becoming successful. With so much information available online, it's crucial that young people analyze, question and challenge what they are being told.
