Give 3 Sports that we can relate to coordination and reaction time. Here is the format:
1. Name of the sports
2. Objectives of the sports (at least 3 for all the sports)
3. Significance of the sports (each sports)
4. Identify where we can see the coordination and reaction time on each sports
5. Prove it if the sports that you've chose is connected to the topic (coordination and reaction time)
6. Why did you choose the sports and what is your reflection or trademarks about the sports you've chose.
Basketball
Basketball can help you improve your motor coordination, suppleness, and endurance. Basketballers have a faster reaction time than healthy people. As reaction time provides information on how quickly a person reacts to sensual stimuli. It's a good indicator of basketball presentation. Basketball is an excellent activity to play if you want to improve your hand-eye coordination. Basketball requires hand-eye coordination to receive, pass, and shoot the ball while being guarded by someone who is attempting to prevent you from doing all three. Basketball is thus linked to both coordination and reaction time. When I have the ball in basketball, I have the mindset that I am the best and that no one can stop me. As a result, many people come up with innovative ideas and devise new ways to deceive the other participants.
Cycling
Cycling aids in the development of balance, strength, and coordination. To cycle sequentially and while stocking onto the handlebars with mutual hands, bilateral coordination abilities are used. The lateral locations of the bicycle rider can be calculated using reactions. Basketball is thus linked to both coordination and reaction time. Cycling is one of my favorite activities since it helps me avoid fractures and falls. Riding a bike is an excellent type of exercise for those with osteoarthritis because it is a low-impact activity that places only minor stress on joints.
Soccer
Soccer is a good sport to do if you want to maintain your fitness, health, endurance, and strength. When assessing risks and opportunities on the field, one must react in a fraction of a second. Soccer players must avoid collisions and find a way around some performers who go faster than 20 mph. A goaltender, on the other hand, usually has only three seconds to respond to a drawback kick. Soccer, after all, necessitates foot-eye coordination. Performers can use this skill to produce isolated passes, precise free kicks, fool the guard, and trickle the ball. As a result, soccer is linked to both coordination and response time. I'm drawn to soccer because of my passion for the game. As a soccer fan, I enjoy watching with pride and affection.
