Learner-centred curriculum is an interactive strategy used by teacher to engage with students during the learning process. It focuses more on how student solve the issues based on the information and instructions given to them through the guidance of their teacher. This process helps students in developing abilities in skills such as problem solving, decision making, critical thinking which is required in our daily lives more likely in a job profession. In relation to that, a teacher is supposed to create pedagogy of care by encouraging students to ask more questions and involve the students in group discussion so as to improve their thinking capabilities, confidence and to drive their own learning.Secondly, should create a positive learning environment that generates autonomous student learning. This gives students a sense of belonging, trust, and encourages them to ask questions or tackle any challenges. Lastly, as a teacher, is supposed to embody core values which motivates learning environment such as collaboration, self-discipline. For example greeting your students every morning.
