Teachers’ ethical convictions in supporting learners
Teachers' ethical convictions include safety for students, cooperation with colleagues, and possessing content knowledge. It is the educators' responsibility to keep the learners safe as nobody feels safe when taking into account all the safety precautions or even measures being put in place. For example, as the way this coronavirus spreads, it is not enough to completely prevent the spread of the virus as even the health experts die being infected by the virus, as the number of infected people by the coronavirus increasing on a daily basis. On the other hand, content knowledge features an understanding of a student’s behavioral patterns since the teachers also need to learn how to counsel and guide them.
