Africanization relates to early childhood education because it involves infusing indigenous knowledge and African culture into teaching and learning process.
Ways in which the concept of africanization can applied in the foundation phase classroom or lesson include; teaching of the African culture in the foundation phase lesson, teaching of the African languages and infusing oral literature at the early stage of learning.
