At -will employment- This means that the employer and the employee can terminate their employment relationship at any time or for any lawful reason.
Leave and time off benefits- These policies address a company's rules and procedures regarding holidays, sick-offs and other types of time-off benefits.
Timekeeping and pay- This policy informs the employee on how they are expected to utilize their time in the organization and also when to expect their pay.
Safety and health- Safety policies describe safety and emergency procedures and require employees to report work-related injuries.
Performance and discipline- This policy explains how employees are expected to behave and perform while in the organization and documents all performances and disciplinary events, whether positive and negative.
Employee conduct, attendance and punctuality -They help to train and develop employees who are consistent with the needs of the organization.
