The various components that shape drama include atmosphere, character, mood, situation, language and texts.
a. Atmosphere is the interplay between the mood and the audience of the drama performance. This element would help the learners in connecting with the audience successfully.
b. Character- This refers to the individual or person with defined histories and attributes. It enables learners to identify with a particular role in the drama.
c. Mood- Refers to the feelings and attitudes of the characters role in the drama to communicate the primary themes and maintain the atmosphere.
d. Situation- The conditions or state in which a character(s) that occur regularly at the commencement of the play.
e. Language and texts- Infers to the use of written and spoken words that adhere to particular registers and conventions. This element would help learners use the appropriate texts to attract the audience.
