1) They are supposed to supervise actions and obtain feedback from the public and stakeholders - this will facilitate essential changes that will correspond to the organizational environment of Kwasizabantu, enabling it to accent to a state of equilibrium. For instance, the organization needs to ensure they act on allegations of child abuse, rape, and violations of human rights to establish harmony.

2) Plan publicity campaigns and strategies - the aims and objectives of the organization should gear towards sensitizing people on human rights violations and child abuse in regard to their mission.

3) Writing and presentation of press releases - these focuses on the major problems and challenges affecting the society in Kwasizabantu.
