Diversity is a concept of understanding that each individual is unique, and there is need to recognize individual differences. These can be along the dimensions of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, age, physical abilities, religious beliefs, political beliefs, or other ideologies. Broadly, there are four different types of diversity: internal, external, organizational, and worldview and Mma Dhlamini should aim to represent them all. To manage diversity, he can employ these strategies;

· Recruit for Maximum Diversity,
· Enforce Workplace Policies That Support Diverse Groups,
· Conduct Diversity Training,
· Uncover and Overcome Unconscious Bias and finally,
