Dear Sister,
I hope this letter finds you in great spirits and health. I am fairing on well too.
I am writing this letter to advise you on how to stay healthier and fitter. Exercise daily for at least an hour to burn the extra fats in your body. Eat the right foods and stay away from sweets my dear sister. Always keep your body hydrated by drinking at least two liters of water daily. Be sure to get enough sleep and always stay motivated. You must know that a healthy mind lives in a healthy body.
I appreciate your dedication to your family, but I want you to be healthier and fitter. You will enjoy your life more. Pass my warm regards to my niece and nephew. I hold you in my thoughts.
