Plan an animal sound or noise activity to teach your learners patterning. Write down the steps you will follow and the instructions you will give.
A cow
1.)Activate prior knowledge by asking students a question,for example,what sound do a cow make?
Whether the cow make the same sound based on change of feeling.
2.)Ask the students to turn and talk to their partner to mimic the sound of a cow they have ever heard.
3.)Continue reading the unusual animal sound section.Pause to have students list of the sounds they made,why the cow made a different sound from other animals.Write the answer on the board.
4.)Read the animal sound vocabulary section.Pause to ask students the following;what book have you read that uses words to describe sound of a cow.
5.)Display an animal card in each corner of the room.Play a clip of a cow sound.Have students walk to the picture of the animal that they made the sound.
