The user is supposed to establish stronger passwords to ensure that the unauthorized personnel can nit access their accounts. Secondly an organization or a business should ensure that they have installed stronger antivirus on the office machines. Every laptop or Desktop should be secured to prevent (Van Greenberger, 2004).
