Since you are all aware of the company's position on this matter, we at the HR department condemns this act as being illegal and immoral. If any employee is found culpable, he or she risks facing severe deductions on their salaries and other severe penalties. I therefore urge all of you to embody high levels of integrity and obey the company's policies.
