The short-term role of an educator to students is just to give them knowledge that they can use to pass exams and nothing more. This is very different the long-term duties of an educator. The educator creates or builds a better surroundings or environment that assist the students to perform well. Irrespective of the kind of teachers who will teach them in future. Secondly, the actions that the educators take upon the learners or students greatly impact to their long-term being. This can be in form of advice given to them.
