Discuss how the nursing could influence/affect you in building your relationship with your social relationship, family, and in exploring your strength and limitations as a person.
One of the most critical facets of wellbeing is social well-being. This is, in reality, a representation of social experience, showing how social problems are decided. In other words, social well-being is a theory that describes people's expectations and experiences of being in a good situation, as well as their satisfaction with the structure and social interactions. The social effect include:
Long days at work. Nurses often pick up extra shifts. While working extra shifts will result in more income, there is a cost. This would reduce the time you have with your family and hence ruin your social life.
Nurses in hospitals typically work 12-hour shifts. However, if there is a lot of patient reporting to be done before a shift change, these caregivers can end up working a 15-hour day, which can be taxing on their minds and bodies. It's also worth noting that nurses with lower job seniority are required to work several hours, weekends, and holidays. Then subtract 8 hours of sleeping and see the amount of time you have for your family.
