Compare Brinell Hardness Testing to other testing machine
Brinell hardness testing is the oldest method in use today, and it is used to determine the hardness of casting and forge that has grain structure to the course for Vickers or Rockwell testing. Brinell is usually used for hardness testing on non-ferrous metals and steel before annealing, while Rockwell testing is used for high-hardness materials, such as hardness after heat treatment.
