The tourists can appeal for the ban of eating in the train simply it is their human right to have light food or junks on the train as they travel. Additionally, being able to eat on public transport is a fundamental right. Subsequently, on the other hand the reason for the ban is a result of health issues for the travelers. To be precise the ban should be lifted and tourists should be sensitized on the safe health measures as they eat their junk food as they travel.
