I would recommend the use of interpersonal relationships to enhance the influence that they have on the employees. Typically, a transformational leader expects his or her followers to emulate their strong leadership skills to find their individualistic solutions to organizational problems. However, it is important for the leader to have a personal relationship with the employees to give them an opportunity of learning a plethora of things from him or her. Encouraging team work by equally participating with the employees is another exceptional recommendation that can increase efficiency in an organization or any other place that a transformational leader holds.
