The engineer who develops the mechanism or device necessary for people's activities must take into account the technical ability to do it. An engineer can come up with or draw anything, but if the production is not capable of reproducing it technically, then such an engineer's activity does not make sense. The airplanes were drawn many centuries ago, Leonardo da Vinci's drawings came to us, but they could make aircraft only when technological processes allowed it. The capabilities of different countries for the manufacture of machines, mechanisms or spoilers are different, and if the engineer does not know the technology of production, he can not work productively and fruitfully. He will not be in demand on the labor market, and will not be able to provide for his life and the lives of his loved ones.
It is production that determines the standards and level of development of any country, its science, technology, and culture.
An engineer today can draw teleportation cameras as much as he likes and tell how this will change the lives of his people, but if there is no way to do them, his conversations will remain only conversations.
