to the same spindle as a pinion of 12 teeth. The last gear meshes with a



gear of 50 teeth keyed to the same spindle as a gear of 25 teeth, and



the latter gear meshes with a gear of 54 teeth keyed to the chain sprocket



spindle. Chain sprocket is 16 ½ 𝑖𝑛. in diameter. Sketch the arrangement



and find the number of revolutions per minute of the motor when 20 ft of



chain are wound on the drum per minute.
