In phytochemial screening, steroid should present in groundnut. However, after doing the experiment, steroid failed to present in groundnut? why? Is there something wrong with the experiment carried out?

Groundnut must not necessarily contain steroids. That is why the experiment can be right. In this case quality assurance can be conducted by using an alternative experiment for the phytochemiсal screening.
