The correct answer is:Ethylamine is the stronger base in the three because is an electron donating group therefore it increases the electron density on the nitrogen atom in addition to the lone pairs present on N hence more electron density. Ammonia is a weak base because its nitrogen atom has an electron pair that readily accepts a proton .Phenylamine is a weaker base than ammonia because the lone pair on the nitrogen of phenylamine is delocalized into the ring making the lone pair less available to combine with hydrogen.
