Only those atom will form polar covalent bond which have a electronegativity difference lies between 0 and 2.

As we know that the Electronegativiy of oxygen is 3.5 and the electronegativity of Hydrogen is 2.2 so according to tha the difference in their electrinigativity is 1.3 that is between 0 and 2.

So H atom is the atom amongest the following that will form polar covalent bond when bonded with Oxygen.
