An aqueous solution has 0.100 M concentrations of NaI and of NaCl. Pb(NO3)2(s) is slowly added to this solution. What is the concentration of I- in the solution when PbCl2 begins to precipitate?

As in the above case as we are adding Lead nitrate then precipitate of lead chloride start forming and the iodine ion which is present in the solution here not reacting with any one so the concentration of it will be not affected it will remain same.
