- Predation - one organism kills and eats another organism;
- Competition - species can compete without coming into contact with each other;
- Parasitism – parasite organisms that live in or on another organism and feed on it without immediately killing it;
- Mutualism - cooperative partnership between 2 species in which BOTH species benefit;
- Commercialism - one species is neither helped nor hamed.
