As the question says, 6.2g urea is produced per day, whereas 26.2g is excreted after three days. That means the total production of urea for three days will be 18.6g. (6.2*3=18.6)

The amount of energy per gram of each of the energy sources as well as the amount of grams of each energy source such as proteins, fats and carbohydrates is also labelled.

Now energy can be obtained by multiplying the grams by energy per gram. Note- There is a difference between energy per gram and amount of gram of energy.
