4.1 A government is an institution that is bestowed with power and responsibility of making and enforcing laws that govern the society and also plays a crucial role in regulating the relation with other societies. It should be well organized in order to be referred to a government. They include such but a few to mention Democracy, communism, socialism. Whereas political structures are groups and how they relate with each other, how they interact within a political set up and political laws, norms and conduct in a manner that make up a political landscape.
