what use can such knowledge be to the educator? (10)
Have you ever watched someone do something questionable and thought to yourself, "I would never do something like that?" For example, have you ever seen someone throw a cigarette out of their car window into a dry bed of grass and shake your head in disgust? That sounds a lot like the concept of the duty of care. The duty of care is a criterion in the law of negligence. It is a duty owed to use reasonable care; in other words, one must act as a reasonable person. It is a duty to act the way a responsible person should act in a given set of circumstances, and a deviation from this could result in negligence.This duty of care can be owed by an individual or by a business to another entity. There are different types of situations where a duty of care arises. Initially, a maker owes a duty of care to make a product safely for use. In addition, a producer must issue cautions regarding the product, if appropriate. Furthermore, landowners owe a duty of care to visitors to their property. Landowners must also offer notice of any potentially hazardous situations. Next, business owners owe a duty to act in good faith towards the business.
Law knowledge aids in the formation of harmonized connections and the promotion of cooperation among all students. Creates a clear framework for the professional role of teachers. The law determines the border of the playfield and activities at stake in the education sector.
