Respect for diversity means understanding that each individual is unique, and recognizing our individual differences. Practicing mutual respect for qualities and experiences that are different from our own. Department of Sports, Arts and Culture (DSAC) is mandated to provide leadership to the sport, arts and culture sector to accelerate its transformation; oversee the development and management of sport, arts and culture; legislate on sports participation, on sports infrastructure and on safety. It helps youths to reflect the diversity of their beneficiaries in order to accurately respond to the needs of minority communities. Studies show that the mere presence of art and culture in a community improves health, safety, and well-being. Through interaction of different tribes in the cultural events, school and other club sporting activities makes each to understand each others dignity and learn to respect the minorities who come out very strongly to compete and showcase their strengths.
