a. The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has substantial social and economic effects, social distancing, isolation, and travel restrictions have to lead to a reduced workforce and salary slash across economic sectors, schools have closed down and a reduction in the need for commodities and manufactured products. For example, Andre and Baxter's family found themselves in a difficult situation following the COVID-19-19 pandemic, their children's performance in school dropped significantly, and find it difficult to maintain their customized grades. c. The government is hindered by significant budgetary constraints and international competition in the effort to get vaccines. Therefore to government should secure enough vaccines to secure their citizen's freedom of movement, and stimulation of the world economy.

d. Since most of the citizen has decided to violate covid-19 19 regulations, imposing lockdowns and an economic hold will help to reduce the spread of the virus through the community.
