How has Direct Selling Experience via Amazon India helped small scale manufacturers of handicrafts or any other item of your choice during these pandemic times. As an external consultant, try to analyse the reasons behind the success of these small-scale manufacturers. Provide some statistics on how technology has made the lives of small-scale manufacturers simpler? In your opinion, do you see this as a future once the Covid-19 crisis gets over or do you see manufacturers trying to sell their handicraft/other products face to face again? (10 Marks)

Small business owners will take advantage of this real-time link by soliciting input from consumers and incorporating it into their operations as soon as possible.Using modern technological technologies, a small company can achieve far greater visibility than previously possible. Instead of depending on conventional marketing strategies, using these solutions can be a very cost-effective way to maximize the business's visibility.

For example, Dheepakh Rajaram sells dog food under the name 'Goodness' on Amazon.in. Offline retail did not work for him because it was an unfamiliar brand. Dheepakh decided to list his goods on Amazon at that time. His sales increased, and within months he was bringing in a monthly income of 5 lakhs. On Amazon, he has seen a 200 percent increase in sales. He's overjoyed that so many pet owners have discovered 'Goodness' thanks to Amazon.

The latest COVID-19 pandemic has thrown the planet into disarray, with numerous companies shutting down as a result of massive losses. However, e-commerce is one source of hope for small businesses in this pandemic, and its star is growing stronger by the day. Small-scale manufacturers can now communicate with multiple clients through e-mail, social media, blogs, and other social media platforms.As a result, small business owners will take advantage of the ability to connect with their customers by soliciting input and using that information to improve their companies. Hence, even after the Corona virus, e-commerce will be the future of business due to its numerous advantages.
