The use of social media has played a vital role to me as a consumer in that I can access a wide social interaction a brand knowledge through multiple channels.

Online inhibition allows people to self-disclose more than they do in-person. It is good as it provides a safe place for people to share information and support one another.

One stressor is how to manage work and studying. I am planning to protect myself and improve my way of thinking and approaching things. I am planning to think positively and tell myself that I can manage.

During hardships I do the following;

1. Finding a mentor to help me in my quest to get ahead in my day to day challenges. I listen carefully to what they say.

2. Caring less about what others think.

I realized that when I react to what others think of me, it hampers my own sense of self and so I just listen to my heart. I recognize what I want for myself is more important than what someone else wants for me and instead go after my own dreams.

3.Surrounding myself with positive people. The people I hug out with are the ones which help me grow and assist in giving positive energy for my dreams.
