Identity: This part of personality functioning represents a person's self-awareness and knowledge. A person with little to no impairment immediately recognizes and appropriately appraises their distinctive qualities.
Self-direction: This aspect of personality functioning represents people's internal ability to set and achieve reasonable expectations, personal goals, and personal conduct standards.
Empathy: The capacity to comprehend and consider another person's perspective, including their thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and motives, is referred to as empathy. Someone with little to no disability easily understands and accepts another person's experience, even if it varies from their own.
